Add a new product – set as draft

In some cases, products do not already exist on the proone.hk and it is necessary to create them in draft form so that you can register a purchase or sale invoice later. To do add a new product and status set as draft, just follow the steps below:

1. 1. Go to the ProOne admin Login page and login
   2. From left sidebar in admin panel, go to Products
   3. From the Products page, click Add product button
   4. Just enter the following information for the draft products
      – Title: Product model only – Ex. PHB3550
      – Status: set as draft
      – Barcode (ISBN, UPC, GTIN, etc.) : Product barcode on the back of the box
      – add product Variants (follow step 5)
   5. We have to define color variant for all products. If the product has even only one color, we must define it and to do this, just follow the steps below in the Variants section:
      – Click on Add options like size or color
      – Choose Color  as a option name
      – in Option values field type color name. Ex. Black / Red / …
      – If the product has several colors, you can enter other colors in the Add anyother Value field
      – Click on Done button
   6. Click on Save button

Note: Make sure that the product status is set to draft.
