Create a purchase order

All purchases that are made for the ProOne of UAE must be created with their purchase order. This makes the store employees aware of the products on the way and the estimated time of receiving them in the UAE. This instruction is for creating a purchase order, and for instructions on receiving goods in the warehouse, refer to its specific instructions. Follow the steps below to create a purchase order on the ProOne.hk website:

1. 1. 1. 1. Go to the ProOne admin Login page and login
         2. From left sidebar in admin panel, go to Products and Purchase orders tab
         3. Click on Create purchase order button
         4. If you want, choose supplier and otherwise select “other” option
         5. Set Destination to Dubai warehouse option
         6. in Shipment details section please enter Estimated arrival
         7. in Add products section select the products that are in your purchase order. You can search by product name or barcode from the product list. If the product you want is not in the list, it means that this new product has been ordered and needs to be added to the site’s products. Choose products based on color variety.

         8. Specify the number of each color variant in Quantity column
         9. If you want, enter the cost(Net price in UAE) in the cost column
         10. Click on Save as draft
         11. Check the entered information again and finally click on the Mark as ordered button.
